Insurance is not an accepted form of payment. Full Payment by cash, check or credit card is due at time of treatment.

Because we focus on treatments and outcomes rather than insurance processes, our services are offered for direct payment only. Insurance is not accepted as a form of payment. Payment for services by cash, check, or credit card is due at each appointment.

If your insurance provides reimbursement, please log into the Client Portal and click on “Billing & Payments” to view and print Statements for Insurance Reimbursement, which outline your treatment using commonly accepted insurance codes. The process of submitting these documents varies by insurance and is the responsibility of the patient to submit and recoup. We do not have any information as to which insurance companies provide reimbursement.

How to Pay by Check

How to Pay by Credit Card

Credit cards are now accepted. The method of credit card acceptance on our healthcare billing system requires either (1) patients enter a credit card number via the Portal that can be saved and billed for future appointments or (2) patients provide their card at each appointment to be manually entered into the Portal for one-time use and then deleted. It is recommended that a card be saved (option 1 above) to allow more time for treatment rather than payment collection during your appointment window. To set up a credit card for payment, please send an email to Sandy Bertrand requesting that the credit card payment option be added to your Client Portal account, and sign into the Portal and fill out the form before your next appointment.

Cancellation Payment Policy

Our appointment schedules can be very full. As a result, we understand many patients like to schedule appointments well in advance. Because this can pack our schedules even further, we ask that you cancel appointments as far in advance as possible as well. Due to high numbers of late cancellations and no-shows, a cancellation policy has been instated. Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged a $25 missed appointment fee. No-shows will be charged the full price of the visit. The goal of this policy is to allow us to meet the needs of more patients in a more expedient manner.
